Layby Policy

 

• Layby is available on purchases of K500 or more.
• A 50% deposit of the total purchase price is required to initiate a layby.
• The remaining balance must be paid within 30 days.
• Goods will only be delivered once full payment has been received.

Price Lock-In Policy:

• Once a product is placed on layby, the price at the time of purchase is final and will not be adjusted if the item is later discounted or placed on promotion.

Exchanges & Changes:

• Items placed on layby are final and cannot be exchanged or changed once the layby has been initiated.

Defaults & Cancellations:

• In the event of default or cancellation, a 20% fee will be charged on the deposit paid.
• If the balance is not cleared within 30 days, the layby will be considered cancelled, and the applicable cancellation fee will apply.

Sale Items:

• Layby is generally not available on sale items. However, at our discretion, sale items may be placed on layby under the same standard terms.
